Well, 3 days ago, I lost access to my Gmail account. And I'm frustrated. Google offers no help at all.

About 3 days.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I must admit, not a lot. We're at a point where Google says they have the info they need, and will be in touch.

So I can't say they're not doing anything to help. I just feel uncomfortable without my account.
