I cannot log in.On my screen it says my account has been compromised and to change my password. When I click the change password ***** it says, "Sorry. We can't help you now. Try again later."

Customer: Other than AOL, No
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Generally on my laptop browser. Often on my cell phone:(###) ###-####JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried to change my password ***** no avail. In case you haven't noticed, I am very ignorant in technology.

And run (open) the program that gets downloaded Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client

Once you've done that, minimize this browser window and look for a smaller box on the desktop then click Run.
