JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: 4-5 days i can get my e mail on the telus server but not in outlook & i lost all my contacts
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone & laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried to log in but can not
