Suddenly, for no apparent...

Suddenly, for no apparent reason when I start my Outlook and then hit send and receive button, I get a pop up window that says "not implemented" and my outlook is not loading in new emails. It is kind of frozen. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Since yesterday

I am using desktop

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Nothing at this point other that shutting down and rebooting. Did not fix the problem.

  2. What version of MS Outlook are you using? 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016?
  3. What email address do you have in your MS Outlook? Is it Gmail? Hotmail? or others?

If I can still get your help, it is Outlook 2007 and it is a Verizon email account...now Frontier.

Can I remotely access your computer so that I can directly check and fix the issues while you watch on your screen?

Let me think about it. Will let you know tomorrow. I cannot remember my user I'd and password ***** rejecting what I am entering into their log in page. I have to figure that out first before you can help me.
