I cannot receive emails...

I cannot receive emails. Suddenly a box comes up with pop.gmail, on the next line it has my email address but then asks for a password ***** I do not have. HELP!

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

For Microsoft I can't remember. My email was working fine until yesterday without a password

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I have a yellow box on my task bar (a professional set it up several years ago) and I just go into it without a password

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I am not computer literate - I have no idea where to start

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No - just need to reset my password, whatever that was, I guess.

I see you have requested remote assistance but this failed to go through.
I cannot handle payment issues as I am an end user to the site like you please call 1(###) ###-#### renter the details or contact the CC/Bank to remove the block
