Husband has tried unsuccessfully at opening his account. You are dealing with people whom are not computer savey help please

We have phoned number 1(###) ###-####they spoke in rapid French and then english

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

By computer at home. He has all his payroll stubs and security licence prints at his gmail account and he can not acess this info

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I did receive a response to my phone # and the message stated to go to ww2.justanswer.com/help which I have done and now I see to going in circles(not happy)
