I have been trying for months to get into my accounts as listed below:

Technician's Assistant: Have you contacted anyone about your account?

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Michelle, Red, REDaly I use a web browser. I get the connection to the server failed. Subject '[ThumbsBug] Bug report from Red' Server 'reds-realm.net' Windows Live Mail Error ID:0 x800CCC0E Protocol: SMTP Port: 587 Secure(SSL):No Socket Error: 10060. Then I get a mssage stating Unable to sent or receive messages for the michelle account. Header download for the inbox folder did not complete.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

This stated along time ago. And I really need to get the email back up. I am unable to receive information from anyone. I was off of the internet while taking care of my sister for the last 8 months.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I need to get***@******.*** back up and working. Thanks for any help that you can give me.
