I can't send or receive emails. A window states that "sending of Password ***** nolt succeed in Mail Server etc...." I cannot determine or change my password.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I don't think I ever set a password ***** Thunderbird. I can't remember in any case.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On a desk computer with a web browser and Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have added a Master Password ***** it would allow me to uncover any existing passwords.
