An activation lock came up and now I cannot get into my Ipad. I have forgotten my password.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I have no idea. Sorry.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I have tried entering different passwords. Nothing works. I have never had an activation lock come up before.

Use the link to reset your password ***** once done use this new password

Once done, you can use these details to sign in on your device
