I need to update my Gmail to the most recent version but I don't know how to do that and can't find any instructions.

Technician's Assistant: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?

I've been getting messages that my message was blocked because the Gmail app I have is too old and not secure enough.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I go through Yahoo Mail.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I've spent at least 4 hours yesterday and 4 hours today just trying to find the instructions. There must be somewere that I can navigate to just tell it to update Gmail. Or do I have to update the entirety of Google?

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
