OMG....recently I've been an identity theft victim. Got my emails back. I have a dear lost pet due to Hurricane Irma, he's posted online and I can't get into my email again. Please help me

Gmail

Web browser laptop, chrome and on my android phone

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

When i attempt to sign in a pink bar pops up, says i need to update. there is an exclamtaion point next to my emails and it says my google accounts have been shut down

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I got as far as clicking on update, but when it texted a code to my phone it wouldn't even let me enter all of the code in the box on my laptop
