I logged out of my computer without closing email. Now I can't get to my mail!

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

I have a gateway. Don't know model. I bought it in 8/2011. I don't know operating system.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through my computer with my [email protected] .com

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I went to Geek and he tried different things but no luck.

I asked to be remotely connected so we could work on my problem that way. Thne I was asked to update my payment info. That's been taken care of. So please connect remotely and help me resolve the problem.
