It appears that I have been hacked and mail has gone out to my entire contact list suggesting opening an attachment
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through my computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This appeared to me late last night and I had to abandon my machine until now
