I keep getting nasty emails and try to change my options but it won't stay on what I mark even though I check apply.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: windstream.net
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone or home computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just setting my options. On my phone I do unsubscribe over and over and they keep coming back

  1. Please open your email account and Click the Settings tab.
  2. Click Messages.
  3. Click Allow and Block Messages.
  4. To turn message blocking on, click the option Advanced Block senders.
  5. In the Blocked Senders and Domains area, list the senders and domains you want to block, separated by a line.
  6. Choose an option in the Blocked Mail Actions section.
  7. Click OK.
