I can't receive the email to reset password... I'm locked out just got 2 new phones and I'm have problems login in on them...
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: Yes... it don't come...
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Yahoo & Gmail not sure which one I have on the site...
