Good morning, I can't access Outlook. It tells me that my files cannot be opened. This is the 2nd time this has happened and you solved the problem the first time.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Just occurred a few minutes ago.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Notebook
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing. I'm not too technical.
