TONIGHT my mail has changed , it has no shortcuts to FB or Cassmates ,etc and when i click on mail it tells me to login and tells me to enter password ***** to open a new account ----why ???
JA: When did you last use the account?
Customer: this morning
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I also used it about 3 hrs ago , i only use my desktop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: the trouble shooting does NOT work for my problems
