it too complicated can I call you?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: I'm with Bell and i use outlook for my emails- I turned my computer on & outlook had disappeared from my desktop- I went into program but it is asking for POP 3 and all kinds of stuff & nothing i put in works- I can;t get it backup
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have a computer with a tower & a monitor and keyboard- I do not want to access it on a web-browsers- all my files are set up in Outlook- I have done it that way since 2003
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I had bll on the phone but they say it's with Microsoft
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: on the window that I opened up it asks for user name, email address the pop3 the outgoing setting & then user name & password- I have no idea what it wants as a sue name
