Internet Explorer keeps shutting down and has to "reboot" itdself at least everyother time I get on the computer to read email
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: I have a Toshiba Laptop
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I access on my laptop. I am also a 69 year old Grandmother and I am just frustrated that Internet Explorer is shutting down so ofter just trying to pick up mail on AOL.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Reaching out to AOL and you I guess. It just started three weeks ago, but it is so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Hi there and welcome

Please do the following in Internet Explorer

Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options

Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.

Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset

then tell me how it performs please
