I have a new computer-ASUS-using Chrome-Gmail is completely a mess
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: It is not formatted like old computer-it says I have over 12,000 emails-it is not updating on a daily basis so I have no idea what to do and I need help as soon as possible-Thank you-My name is ***** ***** my gmail address is***@******.***
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my lap top and on my phone through browser-using Chrome
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: have tried to change settings- but can't get back to original format-it is a complete mess-have never had trouble with email and I am not an expert on how to fix it
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Honestly I don't know what else to offer-am extremely confused and frustrated
