no success w/spectrum. They say fault is with win email and sent info to email at my account w/them. I don't have time now but will tomorrow afternoon abt 1:30 PM Eastern time. If ok I will contact you.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: I use windows live mail via digital (Charter Communications) i.e. Spectrum.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Charter; my email is***@******.***.
JA: How long has this been going on with your email account? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: many months! Russell H. of M/soft worked on it yesterday/long time.
