No success w/spectrum....

No success w/spectrum. They say fault is with win email and sent info to email at my account w/them. I don't have time now but will tomorrow afternoon abt 1:30 PM Eastern time. If ok I will contact you.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?

I use windows live mail via digital (Charter Communications) i.e. Spectrum.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Charter; my email is***@******.***.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your email account? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Many months! Russell H. of M/soft worked on it yesterday/long time.

I do not have time now but he said to let him know what happened w/charter today.
