JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: I recently had an in-requested Windows Defender and now my email is a mess. I sought help locally, but the man just made it worse. Need your help. Thx.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Just on my laptop / wifi, and on my iPad.
