It says my password ***** ***** for my email and I don't think it is
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: A few years ago I think
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Usually i'm on my lap top in facebook and then will go into yahoo mail to check my emails

Customer: I have tried everything I know of to try. I even tried changing or resetting but can't get in,
