Hello, I'm trying to get my original email address back, but I'm not able to & I am totally confused. Please help!

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

I think we are Suddenlink.

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Web browser. Idon't know what happened, but I don't want & never asked for a new email address. For some reason I am not able to get our original email back. (*****@******.***)

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Every thing I can think of
