I want to cancel my wine order that I purchased within the last two hours. I also have a double order for the cat castle. I need one removed

Customer: On my ipad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have typed in how to cancel an order. I have read all the information that was provided and there is nothing that says cancel this order. Every other sire I use has direct phone contact and the matter is resolved within a couple of min. This is ridiculous!

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

N0, I don't want you to connect me to anything. All I want is for you to cancel two orders. The cat castle and the winemorfer. What is your problem ? This should be a very simple thing. I have, now spent over an hour trying to get this done. I can't bellieve you are making through all of this.

All I have is an iPad. I don"t understand why this is such an issue. Just cancel the order. Also there is a duplicate order for the cat tower. I only want one. Save me the problem of having to mailit back. This seems an easy request. I have never had a problem with,any other site.
