Error message 0x800CCC0F - cannot receive. Service provider, Frontier, checked on their end, everything is okay.
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: This morning it was 0x8000CCC0F - they reset things and it worked okay at 10 AM.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Lap top computer, 3 years old. Outlook 2016, purchased about 6 weeks ago.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Reset modem twice. Outlook says it can send, but not receive.
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
