JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: 11 days and 3 on the phone with google and apple. Problem seems to be that I am having trouble proving I am who I am.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I get most of my mail on my office computer which is a windows devise.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: They walked me through everything they know. However, when I got the question when did you open your account I gave the wrong date. Now I have found what I think is the right one. If you can get me back there it might work
