Trying to setup email in Microsoft Outlook. I have the Outlook setup screen up at present but I get errors in both sending and receiving. I have the incoming set as - port 995 and the outgoing set as - port 587.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: I'm setting up this email on a new computer running Windows 7.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On a PC using Microsoft Outlook
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Your the first. I used the old settings I'm familiar with but am getting error message on both send and receive server
