I am a retired faculty member at Virginia Tech. Many years ago VT switched their email from***@******.*** to***@******.***. My email address is***@******.***.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: To finish my message - yesterday my email only was loading my old***@******.*** (a service no longer in service) and will not load my email from my***@******.*** account. How can I fix this?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through web browser and through my cell phone. The cell phone is receiving my***@******.*** but my laptop is not.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Whatever I have tried has not worked so please guide me through the normal repair steps.
