I purchased Microsoft office and everything is working except my outlook email
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Just bought the software moments ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: usually my iPhone but I just purchased a Microsoft surface book and am setting it up
