many problems for past 3-4 months...has been in repair shop many times, no problems there. bring comp home and same problems occur. HELP!

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: As mentioned, in for service many times, they did the troubleshooting. Long time to delete and open email messages, changes size of icons and moves them around, odd messages, delete messages and they reappear in in box
