Customer Question

I am trying to e-mail a valid address through my U of O webmail. I am able to do this with Comcast but with Uof O I receive a "non deliverable" response with the explanation: "Not our customer". What's going on?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Lenovo desk top, 2 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This is the first time it has happened.
