More than I can explain in a logical manor but lets see if I can give some data. Just he beginning;
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Not sure - I use outlook 2010 because I have the entire office suit. I just click the mail icon and never had an issue until the 2nd of this month.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I uninstalled CHROME only because I though the it could be a file extension issue.
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes I have change the mail password ***** least 3 or four times.
