I don't remember my bellsouth email password. I've tried to reset in every was suggested and it's not working. Can you help?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I haven't reset username but I've tried at least 10 time today to correct the problem.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: bellsouth
JA: How long has this been going on with your email account? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just today. I bought laptop computer and when I tried to set up my email on the the laptop by desk top got messed up.
