I changed my password ***** cannot get my e-mail. What am I to do?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: on or about Sept 1, 2017
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I access my e-mail via my home computer (a Mac) in addition to a i-phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Please explain. I did not do any trouble shooting
