I am not able...

I am not able to receive email on my computer, seems to be a conflict, I think with Microsoft Defender, not sure

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?

Dell, I think I am running the latest version of Windows

Technician's Assistant: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On my computer, I click the mail tab, it is through charter and I just got off the phone with them, their is no issue on their end. I can receive their email on my IPhone, but last night It would not download my emails on my computer

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I called charter (Spectrum) and they had me change my password, and they checked it out, they said they thought the issue was between Windows Defender and Thunderbird,

No, I like Thunderbird, but cannot understand why it is not working now
