I can't login in to my email, which is***@******.***. I keep being asked to create a new one. I don't want to do that.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: If I get get on, how can I check. Would you send it tio my main email account***@******.***
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have never accessed my gmail account. but I friends wants me to use it and to use the chat room.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Well, I went to gmail on my browser and it took me to a page that said to access by That resulted in an attempt to sign me up with a new account. I also tried Google email login and got the same signup page.
