I don't agree with the email address you're using. I've never used "munsingerceleste" Also I've moved and would like to change it anyway, but I can't seem to make the change.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I'm now using Time Warner.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, unless it was done automatically. I recently moved and have successfully changed my primary email address from***@******.*** to ***@******.***. I'd like my gmail account to read cmunsinger also.
