I just received notification from Action Center that my Outlook account settings are-out-date. How can I update it?

Customer: reimage Technician about my computer. They said that I have virus on my computer and that they are going to fix it. First, I am reluctant to let them fix it but they told me I will pay more money if they will not fix it right away. The technician do something on my computer and then I had this problems.
