Can you hep with regards ***** ***** a yahoo acount working again? for some reason it is no longer working on my computer.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: hybred...........using windows 10, office 2010
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have gone to google, yahoo, and just about everything else, and can't get it to work again...........it worked on 8/11, but not since, and not sure what I did on 8/11 to break it.

This is not a recovery issue. It is a log on issue. Something happened, and I have not been able to log onto my yahoo account.
