no they really dont.

its a free service. they make money by selling advertising on it. They make very little per account but have millions of accounts. If they have to have even 1 tech look at your account or spend 5 minutes with you they lose money on your account. From a business standpoint they do better if you either make a new account or even never use their service again than if they have to give you live support.

The best that you can do is to go through their automatic system starting with "i know my password ***** it wont work"

i can speak with you over the phone and try to get it working for you. I can do this about 50% of the time with people that cant do it. But almost always because i know the system better than they do and they dont understand how to work it. If they truly dont have the information needed i cant help them.
