Customer: i've tried using gmail name and it asks for password, i've never had a password ***** previously

i've never used a password, if i did set one up it would have been back in 2007 when i initially set up gmail

no because i'm not at work, i had attempted to do this previously with getting a temporary password ***** by the time i got home it said password ***** recognized
