I have windows live mail 2011. Today, and in the past I received thousands of duplicate emails. How can I remove them? It is not my mail provider since when I go there, the duplicates don't exist.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: cox.net
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: windows live mail is on my computer as an app and I just open it up.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: contacted mocrosoft,k but they no longer support windows live mail
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just how to get rid of them or stop the duplication
