I can't transfer my photo...
I can't transfer my photo camera pictures on SDHC card to my computer. I used to get an Icon or box on my computer screen, when I put my chip in and then I could transfer these pictures. But this box option has disappeared. On top of that it also doesn't show and (E) or (F) option on my computer when I try to transfer.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It's a tower and Microsoft system.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web Browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The one way I transferred pictures was with my HP printer. It has a slot. But when that didn't seem to work I picked up a reader that is attached to a USB port.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I can't think of anything. I can't figure how that box that used to show up on my computer just disappeared.

I see no I agree option on the page. I have an accept off space EDIT PRIVATE CONTACT. i see + ADD FILES and below that a send box. I see no I agree any ware.
