I started windows mail and got a message that said my

calendar was corrupt. I closed...
I started windows mail and got a message that said my calendar was corrupt. I closed and tried again, when mail opened it had lost all my folders and any mail stored
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: utility warehouse
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through a pf using windows live mail. Windows 7 home user.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried a restore from 4 days previously, still the same. Now investigating possible solutions online. Messages saying check in the appdata folder. I have tried to look and nothing there.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: can't think of anything to add. I am just stuffed.....

My have it open. Your emails are there but that is all. It never has my personal folders anyway and there were about 30.

I have disabled all my Norton protection but nothing changes

Close Windows Live Mail and then restart it again.
