JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Microsoft outlook my name is*****: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my desktop. my wife's works but mine is not

Customer: I don't know how. it keeps asking me for user name and password ***** the box is already filled in
