I'm having problems with my Thunderbird email. I cannot send messages to the trash nor can I delete any of the messages already in the trash.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: PagePlanet is the provider.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I just click on Thunderbird icon on my dock. I use a Mac computer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't know what to try. In addition, at the top of my email are eight blank entries --no subject, no sender only the date is showing and that date is 1969.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, my email was running OK. I sent several messages to the trash. When I realized I wanted a couple of them back in my inbox, I hit command Z. That's when all the previously mentioned problems started.
