We aren't getting any. Two days ago I blocked Yahoo from what I thought was advertising, now it says the email is not connected.
JA: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Yahoo from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: I don't know. It just shows up. I am receiving texts.
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
