Some important people get a failure of delivery message when they reply to me. It doesn't happen 100% of the time. Right now it is hurting my career.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Thunderbird Mozilla
JA: Which Mozilla product do you have?

JA: What have you tried so far with your Mozilla software?
