I lost the connection to outlook 2010 pro and it is requesting server information. Can you help me or suggest an alternative ?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: 4 weeks just after the latest update I tried restore to an earlier time but still have the ptoblem
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: tablet or Laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Ran the canned diagnostics from MS and tried several ways to add the exchange server address but to not avail
